Returns and exchanges for damaged items

If you received an item that is damaged or defective, we will happy replace or refund most items at no cost to you if the return request is done up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

To return or exchange an item, simply contact to us and provide the date you purchase, photo if the item is damaged, we will open a Return Merchandise authorization ( RMA) and provide instructions for next steps. For return, once an item is received by us, we will credit you the cost of the item via the same method you were charged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

However, there’s is certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
